Spring 2014 Recap

Successfully defended my dissertation prospectus, taught 80 students for Introduction to International Relations, had a fantastic time presenting at ISA in Toronto (and during my visit to NYC prior to conferencing), taught two scholar weekends for UGA’s Duke TIP program . . . and completed two 1/2 marathons.  Busy, busy, busy, but all good things!

Wrapping Up & Looking Forward

Wrapping up a great semester: passed comps, started working on my prospectus, enjoyed ISA-South in Charlotte, taught TIP Scholar Weekend…

Looking forward to next semester: teaching two sections of INTL 3200 (Introduction to International Relations), working on the prospectus, attending ISA in Toronto… with a few 1/2 Marathons sprinkled in!

China 2013

Had a great time as the instructor for Duke TIP China 2013!  Whirlwind tour of Shanghai, Xi’an, and Beijing.  Loved teaching intro to international relations to such a great group of students.
